The Coffee Timer is set via the J.O.E.® app, ensuring the desired specialty coffee is prepared fresh and on time the following day without any further ado. The Caffeine Regulator is another pioneering technology for personalized coffee moments. This makes it possible to adjust the caffeine content to three levels and provides the fine, decisive balance for personalized coffee enjoyment. The assistance functions are user-friendly: The Milk Assistant indicates when to rinse the milk system and enables lactose-free preparation after use. The Quality Assistant makes coffee machine maintenance more convenient than ever, ensuring continued enjoyment and a long service life.

The Z10 is equipped with a Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.2+) to ensure precision mastery of every specialty coffee from the very first cup. The P.R.G.2+ automatically controls the consistency of grind and the quantity to match the aroma profile of the selected specialty coffee. From a fine grind for short classics to a coarse grind for longer or Cold Brew specialties, and with the advantage of Aroma Selection for individual nuances. After each preparation, the P.R.G.2+ rotates back to its starting position, which not only guarantees homogeneous grinding, but also consistent performance and an extended service life.
