Shipping policy

This policy applies to Canada orders only. 

What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $150 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. No promo code required for free shipping.

After we receive your order, please allow up to 3-9 business days delivery time for FREE or Standard Shipping, and 1 - 3 business days delivery time for Express Shipping. Some exclusions may apply. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Please note that couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, only physical addresses. As of now, we do not ship internationally, to the province of Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Yukon and Northwest Territories. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you need to modify the phone number or address reserved when placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. 

Lost package?
After the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or sent to the wrong address, we will replace your item if it is still available. If we are unable to replace them, then we will refund your order amount. However, we will not be able to issue a refund if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address.
