Description
Dual Boiler stability
The Linea Classic, like all La Marzocco machines features a dual boiler system, one for steam, and one for coffee. This allows the Linea Classic to remain much more stable, whether its a line of fifty drinks that need to be made, or infrequent espressos. This means you don’t have to worry about the machine running out of capacity, even under the busiest environments, but you also don’t have to flush the groups like you would on a heat exchanger machine.
Powerful Steam
The La Marzocco Classic was designed with North American cafes in mind. It has a large (7, 11, or 14.5 Liter, depending on groups) steam boiler, more than capable of delivering large lattes to a demanding crowd. With its short steam arms, it is easy to get beautiful microfoam for rich, creamy drinks from the Linea, even with its power.
PID Control
The Linea classic is equipped with an external PID controller for the coffee boiler. This allows a much more stable temperature that the thermostats of old, and allows the end user to set of the coffee boiler in a different way than factory, to match their coffee and it’s needs.
Available as a single group
The La Marzocco Linea Classic is available as a single group, small footprint machine, perfect for smaller locations. It is still 220 volt, so you keep a huge amount of capacity, even with the smaller footprint.
